 $100.00 deposit required on all bay trips and $200.00 deposit required on all offshore trips. 
Deposits are non refundable but will be applied to a future trip if 
cancelled due to weather conditions or motor/ equipment failure. 
Deposits will be lost if not rescheduled 7 days in advance when 
FISHTEX is unable to rebook the trip.

A Texas Saltwater Fishing License and Stamp is Required on All Trips.

DEPOSITS WILL BE HELD FOR 6 MONTHS.
