Mississippi River - Genoa

Once again the fishing has been really good. A lot of walleyes today, infact we got done early, most people left with their limit of nice walleyes. They are so big and chunky this fall. They must be feeding very well. Not a skinny one in the limit. Just cleaned six for our supper tonight. Not a lot of people yet, but the fishing is fantastic and the weather superb. Some more sauger moving in as well, and just a couple of white bass. Most are on jigs, but a few on the blade baits as well. Mornings have been the best time to fish.
